This is
Miko.. We like to say, Grandma or Grampa
are the robot. Ask Miko to get the
old and established answer.
Hello Miko,

The
AI landscape is rapidly evolving with tech giants like Google, Apple, and Microsoft
at the forefront of innovation. Recently, Apple has been gearing up to
showcase its generative AI advancements, aiming to leapfrog over its
competitors with significant software innovations that could change how
users interact with their devices. Microsoft has integrated the advanced
GPT-4-based Copilot into its latest PCs, while Google is enhancing its
ecosystem with the Deepmind Gemini GenAI models. On the other hand,
startups like Rabbit and Humane are making waves with their unique
approaches. Rabbit's r1 device, running on a natural-language operating
system, aims to streamline the app experience by performing actions on
behalf of users, potentially transforming our digital interactions.
Humane's Ai Pin, a wearable multi-modal device, offers a team of AI digital
assistants to manage everyday tasks, promising a more intuitive and present
digital experience. These innovations reflect a significant shift towards
more natural, efficient, and user-centric interactions with technology,
marking an exciting era in AI development.

Apple makes
a great smart phone. New AI on the
phone makes it a great tool for everything.
An
enterprising third party might have a third party app that connects to a
body with feet or wheels.
With an iPad
or iPhone as the head it would be a fabulous robot..

This is a
TV. This is a monitor. It can browse the web. It can play your streaming service. You can talk to it.
For example:
“Alexa who stars in The Family Man” and an answer appears.
Other examples.
“Alexa using Sling play ESPN.” Or “Alexa play channel 7.1” A slick remote has no numbers on it. Its done with a remote with up, down,
right, left and a center button.
For the
price of an electric razor you have a great gift. Buy it from the neighbors kid. at a
premium to set it up. Bill from
college in the 1980’s had no trouble, aside from some bugs in Alexa. Bonus points for mirroring your phone or
iPad to the built in Air Play.
Seeing your pictures and videos on the set makes this a bargain.

Great computers are
useful for zoom calls. For Film and
video the 18 TB Seagate HDD is up on Google. Also DDR5 may get you to 512GB of RAM.

The Promise of
Tomorrow: A digital presence called “digipresence” that connects users in a group
with vocal commands. One of the add on
features is The Knowledge of Things hard storage file. So you say, “What are you Mostossofting
about?”: A digipresence computer that operates by the
sound of your voice. Example: “Are you
on” “Yes” “Get the team on
screen.” Computers in cars are not new
from Apple Car Play to the Sync
system. An enhancement for solo
drivers is called SHOTGUN. This program
activates the side speaker and may say things and interrupt occasionally.
What are you Mostosofting About? Wire
form heads or UNSKINNED renderings on video
entertainment. Imagine your favorite comedy
or drama with no skin and custom audio.

Gifts from Apple include
new ear buds, a Siri speaker and the iPhone 12 with 5G. The 5G is the big improvement with super
fast downloads and game play. It
requires a carrier with 5G in the area you are using the phone.

Well the computer shaped
like a human head is interesting. So
if you mislay your iPhone just yell, “Hey Siri what time is it.” Siri is always listening and will beep and
give the time.

By the time the
“perfect” desktop computer arrived the game has changed. Formerly the area of high end workstations the
MS-Surface Studio 2 has arrived. The
top end Surface Studio 2 sells for well over $3000 but may come down. It may be the ultimate “Zoom” machine.
It’s a computer shaped

Update May: OK you walk
up to my PC and want to know what the PC does and how the person runs each
program. Loading Top Ten User
functions shows you much LIKE pinning to start menu but sub menus with notes
tells you how each program is run.
Software has improved in the area
of Facial Recognition. For boys and girls of all ages how does a
computer “Recognize”’ a face. The author has devised a system where
someone with a ruler could pick out the face.
